HM is offering 5% off our best available rate quoted on 2010 new or renewal HM Specific Stop Loss rates when a HM Worksite Advantage or HM Care Advantage product is purchased.

Requirements:

• Add HM Worksite product(s) to any Stop Loss group where the HM Worksite product(s) is offered to full-time and/or part-time employees on a payroll deducted basis.
• HM will have direct/face-to-face access to the employees to present the HM Worksite product(s) in either a group or one-on-one meetings.
• Eligible HM Worksite products include: Critical Illness, Accident, Disability Income, Term Life and Limited Benefit Medical. The HM Worksite policy must have an effective date between July 1 - December 1, 2010.
• The HM Stop Loss new or renewal policy must have an effective date between July 1 - December 1, 2010.
